Orders within the UAE are delivered within 2–5 business days, excluding public holidays and weekends. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment failure.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for lawful importation and any customs charges, duties, taxes, and fees. All online orders are tokenized; we may initiate MOTO transactions for incomplete payments and reserve the right to recapture amounts from alternate registered cards.

Defective items are eligible for exchange, refund, coupon, or voucher if returned within 3 days of delivery with e-payment confirmation. Promotional and free-gift items are non-refundable unless defective. No refunds are provided for non-defective, correctly delivered products. Pricing errors are not binding and may result in order cancellation.

Exchange requests for non-defective products should be made within 3 days and incur pickup fees. Products must be returned in original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to deny exchanges for hygiene-related cases and may amend this policy without notice.

Qualifying orders during promotional periods receive one free gift per order while stocks last, added automatically at checkout with zero value. Gifts are non-transferable with no cash alternative. If an order fails to qualify after a refund, gifts must be returned or their full price deducted from the refund.

Coupon codes are one-time use only and non-transferable for cash. Codes are subject to change at management discretion, with no cash, product, credit, or alternative substitute. Free shipping becomes unavailable if order value falls below the threshold after a coupon is applied.

The website design, text, graphics, content, and downloadable materials are copyright and trademark protected. Unauthorised modification, reproduction, public display, distribution, or commercial use of materials is prohibited and may breach copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.

Personally identifiable information is not sold, rented, or exchanged with third parties for commercial purposes. Trusted online payment partners perform payment processing and authorisation. If the business is acquired, user information may be transferred as a business asset, with acquirers required to follow existing privacy practices.
